Amman, Sept. 29 (Petra) -- The Jordan Sports Media Association (JSMA) commended the efforts of His Royal Highness Prince Ali bin Al Hussein, President of the Jordan Football Association (JFA), in leading Jordanian football and supporting the development of the game, which, according to the statement, has contributed to achievements, most notably the historic qualification to the FIFA World Cup finals and the strengthened presence of Jordanian football regionally, continentally, and globally.

In a statement issued Tuesday, the association renewed its support for the JFA's directions and decisions, affirming it stands alongside the association's trajectory and provides media support for development efforts and for building on the gains achieved.

The JSMA stressed it will continue its professional role in supporting the sports and youth sector and in keeping pace with Jordanian football's trajectory, based on its professional and national responsibility.

The statement noted the importance of continuing work to develop Jordanian football and build on the achievements realized, given the support and patronage that sports and youth enjoy in the Kingdom.
