Amman, Sept. 14 (Petra) -- The Jordan Football Association (JFA), in partnership with the Norwegian Football Federation (NFF), concluded a series of training courses for promising female coaches on Monday evening under the "Empower Her" project, aimed at developing technical staff and elevating women's football in the kingdom.

The initiative comprised three distinct training modules: Grassroots Football Coaching, Youth Football Coaching, and Leadership Development. The courses combined theoretical concepts with practical applications designed to enhance both coaching and administrative capabilities.

Key topics covered included age-appropriate coaching methodologies for youth players, designing and structuring training sessions, and managing on-pitch activities. Specialized tracks focused on female leadership and empowering women within the football ecosystem, equipping participants to implement modern technical and managerial standards in their local coaching environments.
