Amman, Sept 13 (Petra) -- The Jordan Armed Forces - Arab Army (JAF) laid to rest on Sunday evening conscript Mohammad Yahya Nassar Al-Maraieh, who succumbed to injuries sustained in a bus crash carrying conscripts on the Desert Highway last Thursday as they returned home to southern Jordan.

Military personnel alongside members of the local community attended the funeral proceedings, where the deceased was buried in his hometown with full military honors.

A representative of the JAF General Command laid a wreath on the grave.

The JAF mourned the deceased, offering condolences to his family while wishing a speedy recovery to those injured in the accident.
