Amman, Sept. 7 (Petra) - Jordanian Agricultural Engineers Association President Ali Abu Nuqta and General Union of Palestinian Engineers Secretary-General Majdi Saleh explored on Monday expanding joint technical cooperation and institutional support.

The meeting focused on union priorities, primarily supporting the Jerusalem branch of the Agricultural Engineers Association. Discussions centered on empowering Palestinian agricultural professionals, enhancing their vocational skills, and building capacity to navigate local sector challenges.

Both sides addressed operationalizing resolutions from the Arab Agricultural Engineers Union's general conference and its 93rd Executive Bureau session. Key among these is activating the support fund for Arab agricultural engineers in Palestine to foster cross-border solidarity and professional resilience.

Abu Nuqta and Saleh agreed to maintain coordination and launch joint initiatives designed to support agricultural engineers and bolster their contributions to regional agricultural development.
