Amman, Sept. 6 (Petra) -- The Unified Admission Coordination Unit at the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development on Sunday announced the start of online applications for the bridging program at Jordan's public universities.

Applications opened on Sunday and will remain available until midnight on Thursday, Sept. 10.
Students can apply through the unit's website via the online application portal: https://admhec.gov.jo/Brg2026_2027/Login.aspx.

The unit said students eligible to compete for seats allocated to bridging program students in the regular program for the 2026-2027 academic year fall into two categories.

The first category includes students ranked among the top 5 percent in the comprehensive examination for the 2025-2026 academic year, as identified by Al-Balqa Applied University. These students are not required to take the bridging admission examination organized by the Unified Admission Coordination Unit.

They are required only to pay the JD15 application fee through the electronic payment system eFAWATEERcom, according to the electronic payment number displayed after saving their application.

Students can view the names of eligible candidates and the minimum comprehensive examination score for each specialization nationwide through this eligibility list: https://www.admhec.gov.jo/BRGShamelSuccStu.aspx.

The second category includes students ranked among the top 5 percent based on their cumulative grade-point average in each specialization at the college or university level. Eligible students are graduates of the previous summer semester of the 2024-2025 academic year and the first and second semesters of the 2025-2026 academic year.

Students in this category are required to take the bridging admission examination organized by the Unified Admission Coordination Unit. They must pay a JD15 application fee in addition to a JD50 examination fee through eFAWATEERcom, using the electronic payment number displayed after saving their application.

The names of eligible students and the minimum cumulative GPA for each specialization at every college or university are available through the relevant eligibility list: https://www.admhec.gov.jo/BRGSuccStu.aspx?.

The admission examination will be held on Thursday, Sept. 17, with full details to be announced later, the unit said. The general examination framework and topics are available through the examination guide: https://www.admhec.gov.jo/Files/DiplomExams.pdf.

The unit urged applicants to visit its website to review available information, including Jordanian university specializations corresponding to community college programs, admission requirements, fees, advice, and guidance, to help them complete their online applications.

Students may also modify their previously saved choices at any time, around the clock, during the designated application period.

Pharmacy diploma holders who possess a General Secondary Education Certificate in the scientific stream are eligible to bridge into a pharmacy specialization only if they were admitted to the intermediate diploma program before the first semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.
