Amman, Sept. 6 (Petra) - His Majesty King Abdullah II on Sunday accepted the credentials of a number of new ambassadors to Jordan, according to the Royal Hashemite Court.

His Majesty accepted the credentials of Ambassadors Sultan Mohammed Al Shamsi of the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed Zergot of Algeria, non-resident Ambassador Abiib Muse Farah of Somalia, and Ambassador Nicole McHugh of Ireland.

The King also accepted the credentials of Ambassadors Andreas L?vold of Norway, Gianmarco Rizzo of Belgium, Pier Luigi Zamporlini of Italy, non-resident ambassadors Ysset Rom?n Maldonado of the Dominican Republic, and Isidore Ntirampeba of Burundi.

Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi attended the ceremony, which was held at Basman Palace.
