Amman, Oct. 1 (Petra) -- A gram of 21-karat gold, the grade most sought after by citizens in the local market, sold at JD84.9 at jewelers Thursday morning. The buying price was JD81.

According to the Jordanian Jewelers Syndicate, a gram of 24-karat gold sold at JD97.4. A gram of 18-karat gold sold at JD75.2.
