Amman, May 14 (Petra) -- The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research on Thursday announced the availability of scholarships offered by the Government of Malaysia for the 2026–2027 academic year, covering various master’s degree specializations.

The ministry said eligible students can access full details and information through the official website:[https://mtcp.kln.gov.my/scholarship] while applications can be submitted via: [https://mtcp.kln.gov.my/register_scholarship].

It added that the scholarships cover tuition fees, a monthly stipend, and round-trip economy-class airfare.

Applicants must not be older than 45 years and are required to obtain a minimum IELTS score of 6 or TOEFL iBT score of 60, or provide proof that English was the medium of instruction during their bachelor’s degree.

The deadline for applications is June 12, 2026. Students can also review the list of Malaysian universities recognized by the ministry via:[https://rce.mohe.gov.jo/RecognizedUniversities].

The ministry said applicants must comply with the Jordanian instructions for the equivalency of non-Jordanian degrees for 2023 and its amended version for 2025.
