Amman, May 12 (Petra) -- HRH Princess Ayah Bint Faisal, President of the Jordan Volleyball Federation, participated in the FIVB Board of Administration meetings held in Lausanne, Switzerland, reinforcing Jordan’s active role in global sports governance.

Princess Ayah chaired first session of the FIVB Foundation Board, during which new development programs spanning four continents were approved, alongside a forward-looking strategy aimed at expanding the global reach and influence of volleyball in the coming period.

Princess Ayah also attended the FIVB Board of Administration meetings, which lasted two days and focused on advancing the federation’s strategic vision for 2032, designed to further develop volleyball and strengthen its international presence.

She expressed her pride in representing Jordan and Asia in such international sports forums, commending the efforts of the FIVB leadership, board members, and staff, and highlighting the importance of continued collaboration to support and grow the sport worldwide.

The Jordan Volleyball Federation noted that her participation reflects the high standing of Jordanian sports and the confidence placed in Jordanian expertise within international sports decision-making bodies.
