Amman, May 11 (Petra) -- Ministry of Health Secretary-General for Primary Healthcare and Epidemics, Riyad Shiyab, deputizing for the minister of health, on Sunday inaugurated the fifth Jordan International Health Exhibition, which is held over three days at Mecca Mall in Amman.

The event is to highlight the capacities of Jordan’s medical sector and promote it regionally and internationally, the exhibition's management said in a press release.

It featured participation by major Jordanian and Chinese medical companies, in addition to hospitals, medical laboratories, physiotherapy centers and specialized nutrition centers.

The exhibition welcomes visitors daily from 3 p.m. until 10 p.m., offering an opportunity to explore the latest medical technologies and healthcare services, according to the statement.
