Amman, March 17 (Petra)-- Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi received a phone call on Tuesday from Algeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad Ahmed Attaf.

The two ministers discussed the dangerous escalation in the region, its repercussions on regional and international security and stability, and prospects for restoring calm through activating diplomacy in a way that guarantees the security and stability of the region and respect for the sovereignty of states.
Attaf affirmed his country’s full solidarity with the Kingdom.

The two ministers stressed the depth of the fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries and their keenness to develop them across various fields in implementation of the directives of His Majesty King Abdullah II and his brother, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune.
