The report also focused on the academy's programs, projects, and activities implemented to serve the Arabic language and enhance its presence in various fields.

According to an academy statement issued on Sunday, its president, Dr. Muhammad Adnan Al-Bakhit, stated in his introduction to the report that this edition highlights milestones made within the mission to serve and protect the Arabic language in facing contemporary linguistic challenges.

Al-Bakhit noted the academy's standing committees continued their work in researching Arabic language issues, proposing language policies, discussing emerging styles and expressions and approving their Arabic standardized versions.

He said these steps also focused on preparing dictionaries of terms and their Arabic versions, organizing conferences, cultural seasons and seminars, and launching various cultural awards.

Featuring 5 chapters, the yearbook dealt with the academy's administrative structure, its activities and events, its awards and publications.

This effort enabled readers, researchers and scientific and educational institutions to learn about the academy's achievements and follow its efforts in serving the Arabic language, and strengthen communication and cooperation bridges with various national, scientific and cultural institutions.
