11/ Jordan Condemns Iranian Aggression Targeting Civil Installations in Bahrain, Kuwait
Amman, June 3 (Petra) – Jordan strongly condemned on Wednesday the flagrant Iranian attacks that targeted civilian and vital installations in the brotherly Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, including Kuwait International Airport. The Kingdom characterized the assaults as a blatant violation of Bahraini and Kuwaiti sovereignty, a direct threat to their security, stability, and territorial integrity, and a stark breach of international law and the United Nations Charter. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed in an official statement Jordan's absolute solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait. The Ministry reiterated Jordan's unwavering support for both nations in any measures or steps they take to safeguard their sovereignty, security, stability, and the safety of their citizens and residents. Furthermore, the Ministry expressed its deepest condolences and sincere sympathy to the government and people of Kuwait following the death of one individual resulting from the attacks, wishing a swift recovery for those injured. //Petra// AA
