34/ 1,700 Jordanian nurses apply for jobs in Italy
Amman, July 8 (Petra) – Some 1,700 nurses applied for job opportunities previously announced in Italian hospitals and health centers in Sardinia, Jordan Nurses and Midwives Council (JNMC) President Mohammad Al Rawabdeh said on Wednesday. Rawabdeh said in a press release that the JNMC reviewed the applications and will start interviews at the University of Jordan on Saturday to choose candidates who will join online Italian language courses to finalize the hiring process. The council said demand for Jordanian nurses reflects their competence and confidence of international healthcare institutions, pledging to open up more international job markets in cooperation with partners. The council said opportunities are open to both recent graduates and professionals with no experience required. //Petra//SS
