Amman, Jan. 24 (Petra) - Her Royal Highness Princess Muna Al Hussein, honorary president of the Families and Friends Society of Persons with Disabilities (FFSPD), on Saturday sponsored the association’s annual charity gala, attended by members of the diplomatic corps, official figures, and representatives of supporting organizations.

FFSPD President Riham Omeish stressed the importance of the continuous support received by the society, which has contributed to strengthening its programs and services for persons with disabilities. She praised the efforts of the administrative and technical staff, as well as the support of the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the Ministries of Social Development and Education, members of the Arab and foreign diplomatic corps, national companies and institutions, and civil society organizations, noting their positive impact on sustaining the association’s work and achieving its humanitarian goals.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Princess Muna honored several partners and supporters in recognition of their distinguished efforts, valuable assistance, and outstanding contributions to advancing the society's mission and developing its services.

Proceeds from the event will be allocated to support the implementation of FFSPD's programs and plans.
