8/ Jordanian Youth Unveils Tech Vision for Peace, Humanitarian Innovation
Amman, Jan. 19 (Petra) -- Jordanian youth Louay Maqableh, based in Australia, launched a 2026 projects matrix aimed at leveraging digital transformation tools to promote social peace and strengthen international humanitarian work. Launched from Sydney, the initiative seeks to build a technological bridge between Jordanian values and future technologies through three strategic pillars reflecting an innovative youth vision for the role of technology in humanitarian and development causes. The first pillar, "Peace Technology," focuses on integrating blockchain technologies and digital currencies linked to humanitarian objectives. The second pillar involves expanding "Tammat" (Done) digital empowerment platform to include innovative technological solutions that support startups, empower Arab youth in the expatriate community, and connect them with global economic opportunities, strengthening their presence in the digital economy. The third pillar centers on youth digital diplomacy, aiming to consolidate Jordan’s position as a regional hub for humanitarian innovation and smart relief work. Maqableh said the initiative seeks to develop responsible digital solutions that serve humanitarian and development causes, stressing the importance of employing technology ethically and transparently to promote justice and global solidarity. //Petra// NQ
