Amman, Jan. 12 (Petra) -- Amman Stock Exchange recorded a total trading value of JD11.4 million on Monday, with 4.4 million shares traded through 3,377 transactions.

The general price index closed at 3,548 points, down 0.34 percent.

The financial sector index declined by 0.45 percent, the services sector by 0.18 percent, and the industrial sector by 0.03 percent.

Of the 106 companies traded, share prices rose for 30 companies, while 42 companies posted declines.
