Amman, February 28 (Petra) – The Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates condemned the Iranian attacks on the sovereignty and security of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan.

In a statement, the Ministry said Syria stands in solidarity with the targeted countries, adding that Damascus rejects any actions that threaten regional security and stability.

It called for respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all states.

Syria said it supports efforts to promote dialogue and diplomacy, advance peaceful solutions to regional challenges and enhance security and stability for all peoples of the region.
