Irbid, Feb 23 (Petra) - The Irbid Chamber of Commerce launched on Monday, in coordination with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), a Ramadan relief campaign titled "Your Support Keeps Us Going" as part of the "Help Gaza" campaign supervised by the chamber to provide daily iftar meals for brothers in the Gaza Strip.

Chamber President Mohammad Al-Shouha stated that the campaign aligns with royal directives to support the Palestinian people and alleviate their suffering. He emphasized that the chamber has started implementing the campaign in collaboration with the JHCO and other relevant authorities to bolster the resilience of the people of Gaza during the holy month of Ramadan.

Board member Waseem Al-Masaeed explained that the campaign aims to provide integrated meal packages at a cost of JD2.5 per meal, making it easier for a larger number of donors to participate. He noted that donations reached JD10,000 during the first hour after the campaign launch, highlighting the strong level of engagement and solidarity among members of the local and commercial community in Irbid.
