34/ Prince Mired Visits Injured Military Personnel in Karak During Ramadan Campaign
Amman, Feb 23 (Petra) - HRH Prince Mired bin Raad, Chief Chamberlain and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hashemite Commission for Disabled Military Soldiers, visited injured military personnel in Karak Governorate on Monday as part of the commission’s annual Ramadan campaign. During the visit, Prince Mired checked on the health and living conditions of the injured military personnel, conveying the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Majesty’s pride in their efforts and sacrifices in serving the homeland. He also visited the commission’s branch for the southern governorates, where he reviewed the progress of work and the services provided to injured military personnel, stressing the importance of intensifying efforts to ensure the provision of the best means of care and rehabilitation for them. For their part, the injured military personnel appreciated the kind gesture, which reflects the commission’s keenness to maintain communication with its members, especially during the holy month, affirming their pride, loyalty and solidarity around the Hashemite flag. The commission conducts a series of periodic visits as part of its constant keenness to communicate with injured military personnel across the Kingdom, to understand their needs, follow up on their conditions, and seek to provide them with a dignified life, in line with its role in delivering various care and rehabilitation services to injured military personnel and their families. //Petra// AF
