Shenzhen, Aug. 20 (Petra) -- His Majesty King Abdullah II on Thursday met with China Communist Party Secretary of Shenzhen Jin Lei.

The meeting covered ways to advance Jordanian-Chinese relations in service of mutual interests, with a focus on exploring opportunities for new economic and technological partnerships and exchanges of expertise with the city of Shenzhen, given its status as one of China’s leading global hubs for industry and innovation.

Director of the Office of His Majesty Alaa Batayneh, Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply Yarub Qudah, Jordan’s Ambassador to China Hussam Husseini, and China’s Ambassador to Jordan Guo Wei attended the meeting.
