Beirut, April 28 (Petra)-- The Lebanese army said soldiers and civil defence personnel were wounded in an Israeli strike targeting an army patrol in the town of Majdal Zoun in Tyre district while carrying out a rescue operation, a security source said.

The source added that three people were killed and two wounded in an Israeli airstrike on the town of Tebnine, while 12 others were reported injured in another strike targeting the town of Jouaiya in the Tyre district.
