Amman, April 28 (Petra) - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan held a telephone conversation on Tuesday with Ali Al-Zaidi to offer his congratulations on Al-Zaidi’s designation to head the Council of Ministers and form a new government for the Republic of Iraq.

Hassan expressed his sincere wishes for Al-Zaidi’s success in his national mission, conveying hopes for the continued progress, prosperity, and stability of the Iraqi people.

During the call, the Prime Minister emphasized Jordan’s commitment to further consolidating the historical fraternal ties between the two nations and expanding cooperation across all sectors. He reiterated the Kingdom's long-standing position that the success and stability of Iraq are integral to the success of Jordan.
