Amman, April 22 (Petra) -- Jordanian aquathlon athlete Lydia Masleh will compete on Thursday in the aquathlon event at the Asian Beach Games in Sanya, China.

Masleh will race alongside 26 athletes from across Asia, including competitors from China, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Thailand.

The aquathlon event consists of three stages: a 2.5 km run, followed by a 1 km swim, and a final 2.5 km run.

Masleh has completed training sessions at the official competition venues in recent days, focusing on readiness ahead of the race.
