3/ Tamatem Acquires Turkey’s Playable Factory to Strengthen Ad-Tech, AI Capabilities

Amman, April 21 (Petra) -- Jordan-based Tamatem Games has acquired Turkey’s Playable Factory, as part of a strategy to enhance its advertising technology capabilities and expand its global footprint.

In a statement on Tuesday, Tamatem said the acquisition will integrate advanced interactive advertising technologies into its platform, enabling the company to deliver more comprehensive solutions across content, distribution, payments, and ad-tech.

Chief Executive Officer Husam Hammo said the deal brings one of the most advanced interactive advertising technologies into the company’s ecosystem, supporting its goal of building a fully integrated gaming platform.

Playable Factory founder and CEO Berat Oguz said joining Tamatem will help scale the platform’s technology globally while maintaining high-performance solutions for partners.

Tamatem said the acquisition marks a transition toward an AI-driven operating model, with ongoing investments in artificial intelligence across game development, advertising production, and user experience optimization.

The company operates six offices in Amman, Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Cairo, Istanbul, and Baghdad, with around 180 employees, and plans to expand beyond the Middle East and North Africa into new markets.

Founded in Istanbul in 2018, Playable Factory has developed more than 90,000 interactive advertisements and built advanced technologies widely used in the sector.
