Amman, April 15 (Petra) – Public Security Directorate (PSD) on Wednesday morning launched an initiative to distribute and fly Jordanian flags on citizens' vehicles nationwide, ahead of Flag Day celebrations, which fall on Thursday, April 16.

In its statement, the PSD said this step underscores its commitment to sharing citizens' celebrations of this national occasion, which holds "deep historical significance and reflects a profound sense of allegiance and pride in national identity."

The statement stated this occasion also reflects values of national unity, recalls the journey of achievements and sacrifices, and reinforces loyalty to Jordan and its Hashemite leadership.

The PSD noted all its formations and units in field directorates engaged in the initiative, offering their congratulations to the public.
