Ma’an, April 13 (Petra) -- Ma’an Development Company, the master developer of the Ma’an Development Area, signed a strategic consultancy agreement with Leoden Agency to provide integrated corporate communications and marketing services.

The agreement was signed by Ma’an Development Company's CEO, Mohammad Abu Tayeh, and Leoden's Regional General Manager, Eissa Shahinþ.

The partnership aims to strengthen Ma’an Development Company’s corporate brand presence, enhance its institutional communications framework, and unify messaging across multiple communication channels in support of the company’s strategic objectives and its engagement with investors, partners, stakeholders, and the community.

Under the agreement, Leoden will offer the company integrated marketing and communications solutions to highlight investment opportunities offered by the Ma’an Development Area and reinforce its positioning as an attractive regional and international investment destination.

The partnership reflects the company’s drive to build a more effective communications system aligned with the next phase of growth in the Ma’an Development Area, Abu Tayeh said. He added that the company is working to turn available investment opportunities into tangible success stories and consolidate Ma’an’s status as a competitive investment destination.

The partnership with Leoden Marketing also aims to enhance the effectiveness of communication with local and international partners and investors, while contributing to knowledge transfer and the empowerment of local talent in marketing and media through contracting with startups in the governorate, said Abu Tayeh.

For his part, Shahinþ said the agreement is an ambitious model for sustainable economic development in Jordan, stressing that the partnership is rooted in Leoden’s readiness to deliver advanced communications and marketing solutions based on a deep understanding of the market.

He reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to supporting the company in showcasing its investment story and strengthening its presence in ways that open new horizons for growth and expansion.

Ma’an Development Company is the principal developer responsible for planning, developing, and managing the Ma’an Development Area in southern Jordan.

It is working to develop and market several key sectors within the area, including industrial zones, a residential community, the Pilgrims Oasis, solar energy projects, and a skills development center.

Through its partnerships and incentive programs, the company aims to attract investment, support business growth, and contribute to sustainable economic and social development in Ma’an and southern Jordan.
