Amman, Sep. 14 (Petra) – The Run Jordan Association announced Sunday the opening of registration for the 15th Bromine Amman Marathon, set for October 17 under the slogan "Run in the Heart of Amman." The children’s race will take place on October 10 at Al Hussein Park.

Run Jordan General Mnanger Lina Kurd said the marathon has become a sporting and social platform with a humanitarian message. She noted that 20 percent of registration fees will support Gaza through the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization, while another 20 percent of fees collected online will go to Medical Aid for Palestinians. She stressed that sports serve as a bridge of hope and solidarity, reflecting the values of Jordanian society in giving and belonging.

The marathon will start at the Hashemite Square and include a 42.195 km individual and relay race, a half-marathon, and a 10 km race, all open to individuals and persons with disabilities.
