Amman, Sept. 12 (Petra)-- The Eastern Military Zone thwarted two attempts this morning, Friday, to use balloons directed by improvised equipment to carry huge amounts of drugs from two different places.

Together with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department, Border Guard personnel identified the balloons and pulled them down, along with their contents, inside Jordanian territory. The appropriate authorities received the confiscated goods.
