9/ INJAZ Launches Volunteer Training for Business Challenge Program
Amman, Sep. 11 (Petra) – INJAZ on Thursday launched training sessions for its volunteers participating in the "Business Challenge" program across schools in the Kingdom, aiming to equip them to transfer their academic and practical expertise to students and develop their entrepreneurial skills. In a statement, INJAZ said more than 170 volunteers are taking part in the training, playing a pivotal role in implementing the program within schools by sharing their diverse experiences, motivating students to innovate, and boosting their self-confidence to support their future aspirations. The Business Challenge program, implemented in Jordan by INJAZ in partnership with the King International Foundation and the Ministry of Education, and in cooperation with the Jordanian Agricultural Materials Company, Miqdadi Jordan, and Estarta, focuses on fostering teamwork, leveraging students’ strengths, and enhancing decision-making skills. It also promotes resilience and creative thinking among participants. The program includes an interactive virtual simulation of a business environment where students conduct market research, select products, develop sales and marketing strategies, allocate budgets, and make decisions on product quality and business management. According to INJAZ, the initiative builds students’ communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities while refining their entrepreneurial mindset and enabling them to make a positive impact on their communities. //Petra// AJ
