19/ 1,778 gov't services were automated so far-Report
Amman, November 27 (Petra) – The Executive Program Report for the Economic Modernization Vision (2023-2025) highlighted key achievements during the third quarter of 2025 within the Future Services Engine of the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. Cumulatively, the report showed 74% of public services have been automated so far. According to the report, a total of 1,778 public services were automated. Four companies benefited from the Jordan Growth Program's "Business Development" initiative, while 3,000 individuals benefited from training programs/the Digital Skills Empowerment Project through the Digital Skills Association. The report revealed completion of procurement procedures and commencement of service center construction in Mafraq, Zarqa, and Russeifa as part of the Comprehensive Government Service Centers Project. Additionally, 10 government institutions were assessed, as their evaluation outputs were finalized as part of the project to assess and develop the infrastructure of government institutions for digital transformation. Within the Jordan Growth Project, over 150 jobs were created after signing agreements, including salary grants and support for new employees. Additionally, 150 beneficiaries were trained to use digital platforms by offering their services through the GrowJO's (GiG) Incentive. A seminar was also held for investors, aimed to network potential investors from Germany with Jordanian startups, with the participation of over 40 new businesses. Within the Digital Skills Empowerment Project, the report also indicated that 125 beneficiaries from various governorates were trained in cloud computing skills. The report said this training targeted young people aged 18-35 and involved recruiting and enrolling trainees from different governorates of Karak, Irbid, Ma'an, and Zarqa to develop various skills and prepare them for the job market. //Petra// AG
