17/ Aqaba Airports Company participates in Dubai Airshow 2025
Aqaba, Nov. 25 (Petra) – Aqaba Airports Company (AAC)/King Hussein International Airport concluded its participation in the Dubai Airshow 2025, held under the theme" "The Future Is Here," hosted by Dubai World Central (DWC), with the participation of a number of global aviation industry leaders. During a panel discussion, titled" "Elevate Passenger Experience," the ACC's CEO, Ramzi Arafat, presented the latest practices implemented at King Hussein International Airport (KHIA) in Aqaba, in line with the Royal vision for the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) project and the support of Aqaba Development Corporation. Arafat added these practices aim to elevate service quality, improve the passenger experience, and enhance operational efficiency by adopting innovation and technological transformation that facilitates passenger movement and provides "smoother, more efficient services." Arafat said improvement of passenger experience has become a "key" factor in enhancing the global competitiveness of airports, pointing to the importance of digital technology, efficient ground services, and developing the travel environment as premier pillars of modern airports. He said the company’s participation in the global conference is an "important milestone" in its journey to develop the air transport industry and expand its international partnerships, which supports Aqaba’s readiness for the future of global aviation.
