Gaza, March 26 (Petra) -- Israeli forces killed on Wednesday 11 Palestinians and injured scores in a series of airstrikes on the central Gaza Strip.

Palestinian sources reported that five Palestinians were killed and several others injured in an airstrike on a tent housing displaced persons near the Al-Qassam Mosque in Nuseirat. Four Palestinians were killed in an airstrike targeting a gathering at a camp in the same area.

Separately, two Palestinians were killed and several others injured in an airstrike on tents housing displaced persons in Al-Zawayda in central Gaza.
