Amman, March 24 (Petra) – Prime Minister Jafar Hassan underscored that consolidating the presence of the Palestinian people on their land is the defining theme of this phase and a key focus of His Majesty King Abdullah II's ongoing diplomatic efforts to support and safeguard the Palestinian cause on the international stage.

Speaking during a session of the Lower House of Parliament on Monday, the Prime Minister stressed that Jordan's unwavering stance in support of the Palestinian people is unparalleled.

He condemned the Israeli aggression against civilians in Gaza, particularly women and children, which has resulted in the deaths of hundreds in recent days. He emphasized that such actions "go beyond condemnation" and necessitate decisive international responses to end the assault, ensure immediate and comprehensive humanitarian aid for Gaza’s residents, and launch reconstruction efforts to empower Palestinians on their land.
