Amman, March 24 (Petra) – East Amman Civil Defense crews, supported by the International Search and Rescue Team, recovered the body of a 55-year-old man who fell into a 30-meter-deep pit in the Al-Bayda area of Amman, according to the Public Security Directorate’s (PSD) spokesperson.

In a statement issued late Sunday, the PSD spokesperson said specialized teams managed to retrieve the body using equipment designed for such incidents. Paramedics transferred the deceased to the nearest hospital, and authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
