Moscow, March 24 (Petra) – The Kremlin said on Monday that both Russia and the United States have expressed political willingness to resolve the conflict in Ukraine through diplomatic means.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters in a press briefing that Washington is capable of monitoring violations of the agreement not to target energy infrastructure and drawing conclusions accordingly.

He added that while both countries are inclined to work toward a settlement in Ukraine, significant technical issues remain to be addressed.
