Amman, March 22 (Petra) – A man who went missing yesterday in Irbid Governorate was found dead on Saturday in an oil well, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said.

The PSD media spokesman said the Operations and Control Room was told that a 50-year-old man was missing near the town of Naimeh, and civil defense crews began a large-scale search of the rugged forest area, using drones, and found him dead in a water well after 15 hours.

"After an arduous search, rescue teams were able to find the lifeless body of the missing person inside an 8-meter well and evacuated him to a hospital," he said.
