21/ JFDA snatches 90% overall service satisfaction rate in 2024-Survey
Amman, June 29 (Petra) - Results of Jordan Food & Drug Administration (JFDA) customer satisfaction survey for last year showed the overall service satisfaction rate exceeded 90%, reflecting an "advanced" level of institutional performance in ensuring Jordan's food and drug security. In a statement on Sunday, JFDA Director General, Dr. Nizar Mheidat, said the positive responses reflect customer confidence in the "efficiency of performance and service quality," reflecting the JFDA's commitment to promoting "institutional excellence and adopting the best practices and international standards in service provision." This milestone, he stated, is the outcome of "sustainable" development plans, continuous improvement, automation and digital transformation projects, and intensified training programs, aimed at raising staff "efficiency" and enhancing their capabilities and skills in various areas of service provision. Mheidat said the survey results, which covered most of the JFDA's units and directorates, were "systematically" analyzed to identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical plans to enhance performance and raise service quality to achieve "more advanced levels." Reiterating JFDA's "commitment" in engaging service recipients in development processes, he said this vision views clientele as "key and crucial" partners to integrate their feedback and suggestions in contributing "constructively" to supporting efforts to develop the services level. //Petra// AG
