7/ Jadara University Opens Gateway to Gulf Jobs with 100 Digital Training Scholarships

Irbid, June 25 (Petra) -- Jadara University, in partnership with technology firm ZeeDimension, has launched a professional training initiative offering 100 fully funded scholarships for recent graduates.

The program aims to equip participants with in-demand digital skills and secure direct employment opportunities in Qatar and the UAE.

The announcement was made during a meeting between Jadara University President Habes Al-Zboon and ZeeDimension Director Ezzedine Hattab. The initiative is supported by Jordan’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship through the "Youth, Technology, and Jobs" project.

Targeting graduates from the faculties of Business and Information Technology for the 2024/2025 academic year, the three-month training program blends in-person sessions in Amman with online learning. It focuses on practical and strategic areas including data analysis, financial auditing, corporate governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) sustainability.

Participants will receive a transportation stipend and direct supervision from industry professionals. Upon successful completion, graduates will be considered for immediate placement in companies operating in the Gulf region.

"This partnership reflects our commitment to preparing Jordanian youth for the future of work," said Al-Zboon, noting the importance of digital skill development in enhancing employability. He praised the initiative as a model for university-industry collaboration that connects academic training with real-world career opportunities.

Hattab affirmed ZeeDimension’s dedication to empowering national talent. "We’re committed to enabling graduates to become drivers of digital transformation," he said, adding that the program will be implemented in coordination with the university’s Consultation and Training Center and managed by the Digital Skills Association.

Registration is now open through the respective university departments and will remain so until the coming Sunday. The program is open to final-year students and recent graduates in Business Information Technology, Accounting, FinTech, Business Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and all majors within the Faculty of Information Technology.
