Makkah, June 2 (Petra) – A media delegation from regional and international broadcasters, news agencies and newspapers visited the Command Center of the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to review its operations during this year’s Hajj season.

Marwan Al-Zouri, Director General of Media and Institutional Communication at the ministry, said during the press tour that the center operates within a fully integrated framework of coordination and unified efforts to ensure operational efficiency and enhance the quality of services offered to pilgrims.

Al-Zouri added that the center plays a pivotal role in delivering Hajj services in cooperation with all partners, monitoring field operations, and tracking the flow of pilgrims through advanced and intelligent systems.

He said the facility serves as a link between more than 400 local and international entities, offering solutions to operational challenges and supporting rapid response through a specialized Hajj-season team.

The Command Center reflects the ongoing transformation in the Hajj ecosystem, aimed at improving the pilgrim experience through early intervention and real-time field solutions. It supports the highest levels of operational readiness and organizational efficiency to enable millions of worshipers to perform their rites with ease and reassurance.
