Amman, June 2 (Petra) -- Minister of Agriculture Khaled Hneifat on Monday held talks with a Kenyan delegation to explore opportunities for strengthening trade exchange between Jordan and Kenya in the agricultural sector.

The meeting, held at the ministry’s headquarters and attended by representatives from the Jordan Fruit and Vegetable Exporters and Producers Association, focused on addressing challenges hindering the flow of agricultural products between the two countries.

Hneifat underlined the importance of joint efforts and coordination to work within a unified vision that delivers practical outcomes and enhances bilateral cooperation in agricultural trade.

Members of the Kenyan delegation commended the Ministry of Agriculture, the Jordanian Embassy in Nairobi, and the Jordan Fruit and Vegetable Exporters and Producers Association for their contributions in deepening agricultural collaboration and expanding trade prospects between the two nations.
