Amman, January 21 (Petra) -- The "Pakistani Film Days" will kick off next Friday evening at Rainbow Cinema, organised by the Royal Film Commission - Jordan in collaboration with the Pakistani Embassy in Jordan.

The Commission stated on Tuesday that the three-day event will screen adventure drama "Bicycle Girl," directed by Adnan Sarwar in 2018. The film, which won the Best Actress Award at the 18th Lux Style Awards, tells a story of resilience.

The event will feature "Nayab," a sports drama directed by Omer Nasser Ali in 2024. The film has earned multiple accolades, including the Diploma Award at the Minsk International Film Festival "Listabad" in 2024 and the Best Foreign Film and Best Director Awards at the Cannes International Film Festival in the same year.

The screenings will conclude on the third day with the romantic drama "Don’t Cry," which was directed by Nomina Duraid and Shehzad Kashmiri in 2015.

The film won several awards, including Best Actress at the Lux Style Awards and Masala Awards in 2016 and was nominated for two other prestigious honours.
