Amman, February 19 (Petra) --Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Major General Yousef Huneiti and the Commander of Italian Special Operations Lieutenant General Paolo Pizzutti discussed on Wednesday cooperation, in Amman.

Huneiti and Pizzutti discussed various aspects of cooperation and coordination, exploring ways to strengthen relations for the benefit of the armed forces in both countries.

He emphasised the importance of reinforcing the strategic partnership between the two nations' armed forces, highlighting the need to unite international efforts to promote global security and peace.

Pizzutti praised the advancements and modernisation of the Jordanian Armed Forces, commending their leading role and significant humanitarian contributions in the region.
