Amman, Feb. 19 (Petra) - Royal Jordanian (RJ) garnered the third rank in punctuality in 2024 among the Middle Eastern and African carriers in 2024, according to a CIRIUM report, which was prepared in early 2025 and included all airlines operating in the Middle East and Africa.

RJ's internal analyses indicated that the national carrier ranks among the top 10 airlines worldwide.

According to a statement Wednesday, RJ Vice Chairman and CEO, Samer Majali, expressed the company's happiness for garnering this "advanced" place among the "best" airlines in the Middle East and North Africa in punctuality.

Majali also said this achievement aligns with RJ's internal standards and enhances its position in the aviation industry.

Majali stressed the RJ's keenness to maintain this "competitive" advantage and achieve its visions and traveler aspirations and continue provision of the "best" air and ground services.

The report, which was conducted by the UK-based global aviation analytics company "CIRIUM," relied on a 12-month study, which used complete flight information for a wide range of airlines, including RJ, aimed to issue a list of the best airlines, airports and low-cost companies in terms of punctuality for the year 2024.
