Amman, Dec. 5 (Petra)-- Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Ahmed Al-Huneiti, met on Friday with the Vice Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Christopher Mahoney, and the accompanying delegation.

The meeting discussed aspects of military cooperation between the Jordan Armed Forces and the U.S. Armed Forces in operational, training, and logistical fields, in a manner that strengthens military capabilities and serves the interests of the armed forces in both friendly countries.

The meeting was attended by a number of senior Jordanian Armed Forces officers and the U.S. Defense Attaché in Amman.
