Amman, Dec. 3 (Petra) – The national football team launched their Group C campaign in the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 with a 2–1 victory over the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor, north of the Qatari capital, Doha.

Jordan's victory puts them ahead of Egypt and Kuwait, who drew on Tuesday, in Group C.
