Bangkok, Aug 18 (Petra) – Ambassador Ismail Maaytah presented his credentials to King Maha Vajiralongkorn of Thailand as non-resident ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Kingdom of Thailand in a ceremony at Dusit Palace in Bangkok.

During the ceremony, Maaytah conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah II to the Thai monarch and his wishes to the people of Thailand for further progress and prosperity.

King Vajiralongkorn asked the envoy to convey his greetings to His Majesty King Abdullah II, and his wishes to the friendly people of Jordan for progress and prosperity.

He expressed hope for strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries across various fields.

The ceremony was attended by a number of senior officials from the Royal Palace and the Thai Foreign Ministry.
