Amman, April 17 (Petra) – The Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) announced it will begin distributing cash dividends at 160 percent of the nominal share value, starting April 28.

In its announcement, the JPMC said payments will be made to shareholders registered in the company’s records, as of April 14, 2025.

Shareholders can collect their dividends by visiting any branch of Jordan Kuwait Bank, and must present valid identification to verify their personal information.

To transfer dividends to other banks, JPMC has provided an online option via its website (https://www.jpmc.com.jo).

To implement the transfer transaction, shareholders are required to access the "Investor Relations" section, complete a form with personal and banking information, and upload copies of the required identification documents.
