Ramallah, April 16 (Petra) -- The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has condemned in the strongest terms the recently uncovered terrorist plots aimed at destabilizing Jordan and undermining its internal security.

In an official statement, the ministry described the plans as a blatant assault on the sovereignty of Jordan and an unacceptable interference in its internal affairs.

The ministry reaffirmed the State of Palestine’s firm and unwavering support for Jordan in the face of all conspiracies and terrorist threats, reiterating its commitment to standing by the Kingdom during times of challenge.

It also expressed full confidence in Jordan’s ability, guided by its national institutions and acting in line with royal directives, to confront and neutralize any attempts to compromise its security and stability.
