Baghdad, April 16 (Petra) – Iraq on Wednesday expressed full solidarity with Jordan and strongly condemned attempts to undermine the Kingdom's security and stability.

In a statement, Iraq's Foreign Ministry said the country firmly stands by Jordan in the face of threats to its security and stability, adding Jordan's stability is key to achieving prosperity in the region.

The ministry reiterated Baghdad's commitment to strengthening cooperation with Jordan and supporting all efforts to safeguard security and stability.

Jordan's security is an integral part of the region's security, it stressed, urging effective action by the international community to counter any attempts to undermine stability.
